Website Access
Through our website, clients easily access their accounts and can manage their delivery needs from pick-up to destination. They are also able to manage delivery location lists, track packages, verify proof of delivery and print invoices. Account web accessing is available through one of our account representatives.
Customer Billing
Several billing options are available from American Expediting. They include weekly, bi-monthly, third party and C.O.D. Invoices can be sorted by department code or by any criteria you desire. Payments can be made via credit card, ACH, or through conventional means.
Added Value
Our system of service request capabilities include XML data exchange, EDI transaction, web-based order/tracking functions and of course, the telephone and fax.
