Fuel Surcharge

American Expediting has implemented a 5% fuel surcharge based on the average price of regular unleaded as indicated by http://www.fuelgaugereport.com. Should the average price in a given month exceed $2.00 per gallon, an additional 2% fuel surcharge will be implemented for every $0.25 per gallon increase above the $2.00 base price.
